Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Does Compare Studio store my code diffs?

No. The diff runs in your browser, and closing or refreshing the tab clears it. Text only leaves your device if you click the optional AI explanation, which sends up to the first 4,000 characters of each side to Google Gemini.

Does JSON compare handle different key orderings?

Yes. Turn on Ignore Key Order and both documents have their object keys sorted before they are compared, so you only see real value changes. Array order still counts.
