1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and techyCoderWorld ("we", "our", "us"), governing your access to and use of techycoderworld.com and all associated tools and services.

By creating an account or using any part of our platform, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Description of Services

techyCoderWorld provides a suite of developer tools and educational resources, including but not limited to:

• ATS Resume Scanner: An AI-assisted tool that analyses uploaded resume content against job descriptions and provides scoring, keyword matching, and formatting feedback.
• Event Loop Visualizer: An interactive tool to visualise JavaScript call stacks, microtask queues, and Web APIs.
• React Fiber Visualizer: A visualisation tool for exploring React Fiber trees, state queues, and reconciliation.
• Future Tools: Additional tools may be added to the platform over time and will be subject to these Terms.

Tools are available under different access tiers: Free (limited daily usage), Credit Packs (pay-as-you-go), and Pro Subscription (unlimited access).

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your account at support@techycoderworld.com.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Free Tier and Credits

4.1 Daily Free Scans

Free users are entitled to 3 free ATS Resume scans per calendar day (UTC). This quota resets at midnight UTC each day. Free scans are a courtesy feature and may be modified or withdrawn at any time with reasonable notice.

4.2 Credit Packs

Credits may be purchased to supplement or replace the daily free quota. Each ATS scan consumes 10 credits. Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and do not expire. Credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money.

4.3 Pro Subscription

Pro subscribers receive unlimited access to all tools without daily limits or credit deductions. Subscriptions are billed on a weekly, monthly, or annual basis and auto-renew until cancelled.

5. Payments, Billing, and Refunds

• All payments are processed securely by Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST (18%).
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time from your profile. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — no pro-rata refunds are issued for unused days.
• Credit Packs are one-time purchases and are non-refundable once purchased.
• Lifetime Access is a one-time purchase and is non-refundable.
• If you experience a payment issue or billing error, contact us within 7 days at support@techycoderworld.com and we will investigate.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract proprietary algorithms or source code from our tools.
• Upload or submit content that contains viruses, malicious code, or any content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Use automated scripts or bots to access or interact with the platform without our prior written consent.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, daily scan quotas, or payment gating mechanisms.
• Share, resell, or distribute access to your account or Pro subscription.

7. Resume Data and Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all resume content, job descriptions, and other materials you submit to our platform. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content solely for the purpose of delivering scan results to you. We do not claim ownership over your resume and will not use it for training AI models or any purpose beyond service delivery.

All platform software, design, tools, algorithms, branding, and content created by techyCoderWorld remain our exclusive intellectual property and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our tools and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

The ATS Resume Scanner provides automated analysis based on algorithms and is intended as a guidance tool only. It does not guarantee job interview success or employment outcomes. Resume scores are indicative and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for career decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, techyCoderWorld shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of career opportunity.

Our total aggregate liability for any direct claims shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless techyCoderWorld and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the platform, or your submission of unlawful or infringing content.

11. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or tool at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of major changes where possible. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated service.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of techyCoderWorld shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
